Sinopsis

Takemoto, Mayama y Morita son estudiantes de la escuela de arte. Aunque son pobres tiene una vida feliz. Un día, el profesor Hanamoto les presente a la hija de su prima, Hagumi. Estan pequeña y dulce que Takemoto y Morita se enamoran nada más verla. Comienzan a acercarse a ella. Mientras Takemoto no es capaz de expresarse demasiado bien, las expresiones de Morita son demasiado eufemísticas para entenderlas. Entrelazando sus emociones, el tiempo pasa sin que declaren su amor. Por otro lado Mayumi está enamorado de Rika. Una arquitecto, que sigue enamorada de su marido muerto en un accidente de trafico. El amor de Mauymi hacia Rika aumenta sin que se de cuenta de que una compañera de calse, Yamada, está enamorada de él.
